Realty Matrix, Inc. is a California corporation. We build software for real estate agents and their investor clients. Our flagship product is BuyBox. Our address is 13800 Skyline Blvd, Unit 30, Woodside, CA 94062.
Agent accounts: name, email, brokerage, phone, role. Investor records (supplied by agents through integrations like Follow Up Boss, or a CSV of their own clients): name, contact details, preferences, and activity your agent has recorded. Technical data: device, IP, and usage patterns needed to operate the service.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are treated as sensitive. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Realty Matrix, Inc. texts a phone number only after its owner turns on BuyBox text alerts inside their own BuyBox account: they type their own mobile number, tick an unchecked box, and reply YES to a confirmation text. Phone numbers in investor records supplied by agents are never used to send texts. Consent is recorded with the number, timestamp, IP and wording version for audit. Up to 8 messages per month. Agents can ask BuyBox to email their clients an invitation to BuyBox. Each email names the agent who sent it, and carries an unsubscribe link; an unsubscribe stops those emails for that address, and is honored promptly.
To provide the service, communicate with agents and their opted-in investors, improve the product, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. We do not share mobile data with affiliates for promotional purposes.
California residents may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by emailing support@realtymatrix.app. Agents can export full account data from settings at any time.
