Agent accounts: name, email, brokerage, phone, role. Investor records (supplied by agents through integrations like Follow Up Boss): name, contact details, preferences, and activity your agent has recorded. Technical data: device, IP, and usage patterns needed to operate the service.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are treated as sensitive. Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is collected inside the BuyBox application by an explicit check-box action, and recorded with timestamp and IP for audit. Frequency caps apply. Reply STOP at any time to end messages; reply HELP for help. See our SMS policy for details.
To provide the service, communicate with agents and their opted-in investors, improve the product, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. We do not share mobile data with affiliates for promotional purposes.
California residents may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by emailing support@realtymatrix.app. Agents can export full account data from settings at any time.
