Realty Matrix products run on AWS in the United States. All traffic is encrypted in transit. Sensitive data is encrypted at rest.
Authentication is handled by Amazon Cognito with support for SSO on the Enterprise tier. Role-based access control governs what agents, admins, and brokerage owners can see.
