Messages go only to investors who hold a BuyBox account and have opted in inside the application, and they concern that investor’s own account: the search criteria you saved, price changes on properties you saved, and showings you requested through the licensed real estate agent you are working with. You will not receive messages until you opt in inside the application.
New property match alerts, price-drop notifications, tour or showing coordination from your agent, and occasional transactional account messages. No marketing broadcasts. No third-party promotions.
Up to 8 messages per month by default. Frequency is capped at the platform level and can be adjusted lower by you from your preferences page.
Message and data rates may apply from your carrier. BuyBox does not charge you directly for SMS. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
