Realty Matrix, Inc., the company that makes BuyBox, is the sender, and every text opens with that name. It texts only people who hold a BuyBox account and have turned on text alerts inside it, and only about their own account: properties matching the criteria you saved, and new replies in your BuyBox conversation.
A phone number is texted only after its owner signs in to their own BuyBox account, types that number on the Text alerts page, ticks the consent box there, and replies YES to the one text that asks them to confirm. Phone numbers are never bought, sold, rented or shared, and contact details that anyone else adds to BuyBox are never texted. Text alerts are optional and never a condition of using BuyBox.
First, one text asking you to confirm by replying YES; nothing else is sent until you do. Then a confirmation, followed by new property match alerts for the criteria you saved and notices when your BuyBox conversation has a new reply. No marketing broadcasts. No third-party promotions.
Up to 8 messages per month. Message frequency varies. You can turn text alerts off at any time from Text alerts in your BuyBox account, or by replying STOP.
Message and data rates may apply from your carrier. BuyBox does not charge you directly for SMS. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe; you will receive one confirmation and no further texts. Reply START within 45 days to re-subscribe; after that, turn text alerts back on in your BuyBox account. Reply HELP for help. For support, email sms@realtymatrix.app.
