Terms of Service

By using Realty Matrix products, including BuyBox, you agree to use the service lawfully, respect the privacy of investors in your book, and follow applicable law, including CAN-SPAM, in any email you send them.

Realty Matrix, Inc. sends BuyBox text messages itself, only to investors who have turned on text alerts inside their own BuyBox account, under the BuyBox SMS Terms. You may not use BuyBox to text anyone else.

When you import a list of clients, you confirm they are your own clients, collected lawfully, and that you have their permission to email them. BuyBox sends the invitations you choose to send, with an unsubscribe link in every one, and never texts anyone you import.

Subscriptions bill monthly via Stripe. Cancel any time from the Stripe billing portal. Full data export is available from your settings page.
